emai reconciliation issue

I have couple of email accounts setup - one is the BES (desktop) and another is a POP account. and i am having email reconcciliation issues on both

 

1) I have rules configured on my Exchange Outlook Inbox to move certain emails to personal folders. After the rules are run, i expect (and want) the BB device to reflect the move but it does not. Wireless reconcile is on , Delete on is "Maiilbox and Handheld" and ON conflicts is "Mailxbox wins" and "hide filed messages" is on.

 

2) I download email from another mail server via pop on the BB and via Outlook with the Outlook settings set to delete the emails from the server after the download. So here i expect BB to download emails if they exist and if they don't , i expect it to delete the emails already downloaded. but it is not happening.

 

Does anyone have any ideas/thoughts/suggestions on how to fix this? I am using the BB Torch 9800

This will explain a lot about reconcile and hard deletes

I have also changed the messages state size to 1000 and it cured 99% of our issues.
The performance hit and RAM increase is almost nil on the BES box.

On Device also double check:

Make sure that Wireless Reconcile is set to On. Sometimes toggling that to off, saving it, then turning it back on.
Messages Options - Email reconciliation -
Delete on Mailbox and handheld,
wireless reconcile = Yes
On conflicts = Mailbox wins.

If still not working and you moved a user mailbox.
