Suddenly unable to receive or send emails from my Blackberry as of yesterday. Then, I received an email from RIM asking that I verify my pw in order to re-access my emails. However, I have forgotten my pw, so I have to request pw assistance - but the info on how to re-set my pw gets sent to the inbox in my Blackberry that I can't access! Endless loop. How do I get out of this and solve the problem so I can receive and send emails again?

did you change the password to your email account. If so you need to go into the area on your phone where you set up the accounts and change that password location.

I did change my pw w verizon, but the Blackberry setup screen does not accept the new pw.
