email accounts locked

My 3 emails account are locked by Hello Cambodia after I used it during my visit.  I just noticed that after coming back to Indonesia and consulted with Mentari Indosat, my provider in Indonesia. How to unlock it? Thanks for your response

Based on the cutomer service of my provider in Indonesia (Indosat Mentari) my email accounts cannot be activated because they are locked by a provider in Cambodia (Hello Axiata). I visited Cambodia two weeks ago and used the local number. In Setup, after I input Password and click verify, this message shows up: Sorry , unable to continue your session. Please log in again. FYI, I'm using Torch 9800.
