hi ive tried to connect it to my pc but it wont let me do anything am totally confused

It is impossible for me to understand "won't let me do anything".

What is it doing, or what are you expecting that it is not doing?

i have tried to connedct it to my computer wiv battery in and wont register and battery out wont register i have took battery out several times and try to reset the phone but just goes ak to the same white screen wiv error jvm505 and under that reset which ive done lots even when i charge it it shows the same screen ???

You will need to use BBSAK to wipe the device and subsequently load the OS to the device. Follow the instructions here:
