error 606

my 9860 torch wont turn on white screen coming up sayin error 606 any1 help????

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • KB23954 "App Error 606" is displayed on the BlackBerry smartphone

Hopefully it contains something useful! There also are multiple existing threads on this site that discuss that exact error...your review of those might prove useful, and a search of this site, using the error message, error code, or symptom, should reveal all applicable existing threads to you.

Hmmm...17 minutes to do all that those KBs and articles discuss...that would be a bit of a record.

Nevertheless, as you request -- all formal support starts with your mobile service provider, your authorized service center, or your original place of purchase, all who can escalate into RIM if necessary. It varies by region, so you need to check your original documentation to find out what your specific formal support channels are.

my phone wont turn on to do any off the KBs only a white screen saying error 606 iv read them and wiah it was turning on cos there helpful but not in my case
