frozen app world

hi there my blackberry app world has frozen on the password recovery screen and i cannot do anything, can any1 help??

Welcome to the Suppport Forums!

Have you tried reinserting the battery? If this doesn't resolve the issue, try uninstalling App World then reinstalling it from www.blackberry.com/appworld in your BlackBerry browser.
