This is not much help to you but your post does highlight the importance and excellence of BlackBerry Protect. Having reinstalled my OS a few times this great app has proved itself time and time again as well as offering peace of mind. And to think the iSheep have to pay for such an excellent service.  :smileyvery-happy:
