i cannot reinstall  my bb Apps in my bb9800 please i need assistance to this. i deleted it accidentally

To re-install your apps, please see this KB:

  • KB17625 How to install or transfer previously purchased applications from BlackBerry App World to a BlackBerry smartphone

For more registration key information, see this KB:

  • KB18646 How to locate and enter the license key for an application purchased through BlackBerry App World


Otherwise, please provide exactly what is going on...from "cannot reinstall", there really is nothing to diagnose. If you try the above, please provide exact results of each and every steps, with specifics, including the exact and complete content of any error messages presented.

Except I have another problem I cannot download my pic story it always takes me to bb set up

I have no idea what a "pic story" is...please provide expanded details on exactly what you are attempting and exactly what it does when you attempt.
