Enterprise Activation is nesessary to use GPS and BB Maps??If not,then i am not able to use my GPS over a WI-FI network??Please help out with this.

not true, you can use GPS on BIS account.
It might take some time for it to connect first time.
I never tried it on wifi, but will now try

I got a lock on BB traffic beta
Google Maps needs a carrier data connection.
