My bb torch has just been nicked.How can the BB be blocked

Thank you for your response to my mail. I have tried several times to locate my phone via blackberry protect to no avail same with locking and displaying a message. I believe my pin cannot change and even when another sim is put in there it would still show my pin.What do i do now. Thank you

If someone already remove the working SIM , or uninstall BlackBerry protect from that device then you won't be able to locate your device from BlackBerry Protect website .

Yes every BlackBerry PIN are unique , it cannot be changed .

All you can do is , contact your Carrier and try to Block / Blicklist your device to make it useless. It is your Carrier who can do this .
