Hi and Welcome to the Community!
OK...so you have two issues? Let's start with the HRT.
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support...the HRT and the Service Books are sent by your mobile service providers network...only they can look at their system to see why it's not doing so.

"rest"? Do you mean "reset"? In any event, everything to do with your Enterprise Activation, you need to work with your BES admins as they are in control. But, the above HRT and Service Books would be a prerequisite...though your BES admins might be able to help with that as well.

when i try to add the new setting to my phone it tell me that the new setting are not valid with your current sim card
