Re: import pictures

What do you mean by "will not recognize"... are these pictures you took with your BlackBerry camera?

Where are you trying to view these pictures?

Are you connected to the PC while trying to view them ON the device?

Re: import pictures

these are pictures that i either took with the camera or where send to me as text messages and i save them in the media storage of the camera--usually i save them in the pc and then transferred them to my ipod-there never was any problem until the last upload of software from blackberry--i know i have to disconnect the phone in order to see the pictures

Re: import pictures

OK, so what does "will not recognize them" mean?

You go to your Media folder or panel. Click on Pictures...

And those new images are not present? Or you see the thumbnail and it won't open?

Re: import pictures

normally i click on the blackberry icon on my pc,open the blackberry support software, go to the media sync, click on pictures and the new pics that i have taken with my phone since the last download appears on the open blackberry program and i proceed to import them from the phone to the pc. Now it always says that there are not new pictures to import ( is not finding the new pictures since the last upgrade of the blackberry software.)

Re: import pictures

Hmm./.. what did you upgrade to?

I don't recall any upgrades changing anything like this.
