I've searched here, but couldn't find the answer I'm looking for.
I bought my 9860 in hongkong 2 days ago. Now I am in UK, as Vodafone pay as you go customer. I will mainly use wifi connection.
I want to set up my internet email account, but the screen only gives enterprise activation option, as other users have mentioned. Given the suggestion from online help, I need to contact my wireless provider, but I don't know who I should contact. Vodafone? BT broadband? or the shop I bought the mobile from? Any blackberry help desk I can call in UK?

If you have a Vodafone SIM card in the device, that's who you need the BlackBerry Data Plan from... call them.
