i have bb torch 9800 and updated my bbm to a new version and when the system rebooted the app world and bbm icons went missing. I can see that the 2 things are already installed in the phone but i cannot use them. Please help

Try rebooting your device again -

When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device.
