my blackberry torch doesn't detect memory card or sim card

Well I've recently got this blackberry torch 9860 . It ws working perfectly until once I dropped it .. Well it turns out tht everything ws working fine except that the screen brok down ...I went to a technician nd he said DAT the screen broe nd he'll replace th screen ... After I received it from him the screen was well again but the phone would not detect the memory card or the sim card :smileysad: the same sim card was working in my previous BB nd I checked repeatedly nd it ws working fine ... Also I tried removing the battey , rebooting, formatting nd nothing works to make I detected !! Abobe that my lock button doesn work either!!!!! Please I need help I love this phone :smileysad: :smileysad: :smileysad:

HI and Welcome to the Community!

From your description, all of your issues sound like physical hardware issues, none of which can actually be dealt with at an internet-distance. Rather, I recommend you return to the repair location you previously worked with to resolve responsibility for these new issues and to find a path forward. If you don't trust that location, then you should find another one.
