Hi andrean

Disable or Inactive means your device is an Unlocked one , But I think the problem is within your IMEI or PIN as I already told, But your Carrier can provide the exact information regarding this , Otherwise Please return that device and ask them for a refund .So please Contact your Carrier to know further regarding this issue.

'ive been trying to get back to the place I bought and they said they could not refund my money or replace with a new device. because it exceeds 1 year warranty.

• Are you able to use BBM before ,
• Are you able to use other services like Personal Email service on your device right now ?
• Are you able to use Internet on your device over your Mobile network not wifi ?

I am sorry to make you confused.
my blackberry was 1 year old,,,
everything was either me before.
after 1 year, there was even this ...

there's nothing I can do,
might just make my BB as a display, or immediately discard it. because I was not satisfied with this kind of thing
