Doing a battery pull should resolve your issue and avoid you having to make a phone call.  Just remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it a few seconds later.

tnx i just lifted the batt den arrange the sticker at the back of the battery then afterwards the touchscreen is responsive agen
