newest update - lots of problems

the latest bundle for the newest update gives me big problems to my Torch 9810 with repeating error #602 - I do not succeed to update so I have to roll back with lost of data

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Since "latest bundle" and "newest update" varies by carrier, please provide, for the benefit of other community members, the exact version information that was causing you troubles.

Further, it is a shame you lost data...did you not back up? It is so easy and free to do...you can find instructions in my auto-sig on this post.

The update version is: 7.1 Bundle 2108

My carrier is Rogers (canadian version of AT&T)

It's Torch 9810 and it works well on version 7.1 Bundle 1310
