the last two days I am unable to send or receive emails on my torch. the device doesn't even let me update the email accounts under setup...just do nothing there...need help.
Telus says a hardware issue and warranty is over...

When you try to send a message, do you see a red X? If so, open up the message then scroll up to the Message Status. Let me know what the Status indicates.

I would guess it's the same problem i had are you by any chance with sky? Since they have changed to yahoo you need to set up your emails on the blackberry again.
