out of office reply for BB Torch??

I am following the instructions given to me on my phone but I am not ever seeing “out if office” as an option. What am I doing wrong? Can anybody give me step by step directions? Thanks:smileyhappy:

Re: out of office reply for BB Torch??

Is your BlackBerry on BES already? I guess this is needed for this feature.

Yes, I did set up the BES to previously download apps. So are you able to help? Thank you!

BES is not an app - it is the type of email service you have.

Is your email from a work account or personal?

Yes thank you...I understand BES is not an app. I was just stating that I was using my work email on my BB and in order to download any apps, I had to set up & register with BES.

If your email is setup via your companies Blackberry Enterprise Server then you should contact your IT department, they may have disabled it.

If you setup your work email via your carriers Blackberry Internet Service portal, I do not believe that you can set you out of office on that account from your blackberry.
