outgoing emails not legible

When I receive emails, everything is fine, but when send an email the recipient receives only a lot of characters with no sense.

Where I can fix that?

Re: outgoing emails not legible

The BlackBerry -- your BlackBerry -- only sends simple text based emails. There's nothing complicated or any option to set anything about the outgoing mail format.

  • Do ALL your users get mail from you in this non-legible format?
  • What about it is non-legible? Dim? Foreign characters? what?

Re: outgoing emails not legible

What email reader are these "all" users reading their emails from you on?

Outlook? or what?

What you're seeing appears to be some sort of mime encoded email which your RECOPIENT email viewer is not translating correctly.

Re: outgoing emails not legible

Ok.

So, details, please about your setup.

Are you on a corporate BES account, provided by your employer, or a personal BIS account?

What else can you tell us?
