I cannot uncheck the password enabled box on my new BP Torch.  Once enabled, it seems you cannot disable the password function.  I hightlight it and click on it and nothing happens.

BP Torch?

 

Is there a lock icon next to the enable/disable function?

Yes, there is a padlock.
