Hi and welcome to the forums!

Try rebooting your device into sate mode. You can then delete the app.

Thanks,

Hi riteshmistry95 and welcome to the forums~

The KB17877  is a link to the the article in on how to use safe mode. Here is what you may be used to seeing.

http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB17877

I know it may seem confusing at first. We deal with a ton of manuals and articles so we can't reprint them so it saves space and more users can get space.

So if you click on the number it takes you to the article.
