i hav recharged for blackberry plan, nothing happen what shoul i do?

If you activated BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS but still unable to use anything then please Call or Contact your Carrier or Mobile Network provider , and be sure that it is properly configured on your account . Sometime it may take a few hrs .

 

But always it your own Carrier who can give you the appropiate answer to this problem.
