At Options > Device > BlackBerryID.
i went there and this prompt pop's up again.

and i cant login to my blackberry account.

i already got locked out once. and i reset my password.
now, if i even enter my real password. it cant login.
what should i do?

lockout happened a week ago. and i changed password on that day.
i can even log in through wed to appworld. but i cant log in through my device.
