problems...please help

Almost daily I seem to have a problem ...I will be texting no problem, then the trackball stops working, I try to type and nothing...then back to the trackball...I try to move it and places symblols on the text line.  The only way I have been able to correct this is to remove the battery...the phone will not allow me to power off or anything.  I put the battery back in and it seems good...later in the day I get the same thing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Re: problems...please help

You mean trackpad, right?

What is your Operating System loaded to your device? Look at Options > > Device > About, third line down beginning with a "v.6.0.x.xxx", What is yours?
