"My number: Unknown number"

Just got my new torch - love it!  Same problem I had with my last BB though - can't get it to display my number at top of phone page.  Tick box has been marked to display the number.  Can't remember what I had to do on the last one to make this work - help?

In OS6 you need to go to Options >Device >Advanced System Settings >Sim Card
