restore destop calendar and contact syncing

Torch 9800 model RDG71UW. How to restore desktop syncing of calendar and contacts. Configure buttons not hightlighted and don't respond when I go to select. On smartphone in calendar options window no wireless sync option to uncheck. It's not there. So I can't sync my contacts or calendar anymore since I press restore button. Hope someone can help.

Re: restore destop calendar and contact syncing

On your 9800, look at your Options > Device > Advanced > Service Books.

Look for any entries that have [Desktop] in them, any with "CICAL"?
