A GUI comment to BB: when on-screen typing to enter password, the "Device is Locked" window doesn't fit on the screen. There are other examples where the windows don't fit well when typing in horizontal mode with the Torch.

That's weird. Sorry I can't offer anything, but suggest a reboot. Sometimes something like that can be cleared up with a reboot.
