I have no idea what OWA is, so im guessing not.
I can access the account fine from a laptop or anywhere else.
I have checked and checked and checked to make sure the characters are correctly typed., using the 'show password' option, so its not that.

OWA is Outlook Web Access, a web-mail interface that looks and feels like the full Outlook client. If you use that, there would be rather obvious indications that it is such.

Ok in that case yes it is outlook web access. I can access it from a laptop, an iphone, the web browser on this phone.

OK...as OWA...first thing, I've had it happen where, for reasons I could never understand, I could not get an OWA to integrate via the on-device email configuration wizard. Consequently, please try these alternatives:

OK have tried 1 and 2 and didnt make a difference. Have clicked on the first link under number 2. But dont understand what I am supposed to type into the browser in the resolution section.
Is this ever going to work???

No not that bit. i tried that and it didnt work. I was talking about the bits you put under it, the KB18567 thing. I clicked on that link but I dont understand what I am supposed to do with the information that comes up?

Oh...well, did I not say "you may want to talk to the admins about these KBs"??? Those are articles about the sometimes special things that must be done, on the server side, in order to integrate some OWA installations...
