stolen phone

my bb touch 9810 was stolen on trying to login into bb protect i was asked to reset my password because the feature has been locked due to failed attempts by the thief. after reseting the password i cant access the phone again to enable me delete all the data.

I'd suggest you immediately ring up your mobile service provider (it is NOT, as per your profile, "rim") for formal support on this matter.
