Hey can someone please help me. I have the blackberry curve 9300 and there was an upgrade for blackmessenger, so I upgraded it now its asking for my password and user name which is my email and I can't remember my password to my email and it won't let me change it to my new email..would really appreciate it if someone could help..thank

         Yes I know ! If you can't remember the password then reset your password using the above Knowledge Base I suggested .
