Every time on and charge battery....
my 9860 will come with this msg..
BUILT IN MEDIA STORGE NOT ACCESSIBLE DUE TO DETECTED ERRORS.
DO YOU WISH TO REPAIR IT NOW?
if i press YES...my phone will be stuck n i need to pull out battery...
and if i press NO....phone getting back to normal....
so what should i do?

hi...
tq for your info....i try it yesterday n my phone come back to normal...
but suddenly my phone always stuck and at this time i cant on it...
stuck at blackberry main page...
loaded 70% n stuck...
i tried already pull out battery n on it again..
but the result still same.....STUCK....
i try to on at safe mode always cant mke it....
plz help me....

How many times did you try Safe Mode? It can take several tries, using different press/hold/release sequences of the ESC key to get it right. Hopefully you can get it into Safe Mode so that you can at least get a good backup before moving onto more drastic recovery methods.

dear sir...
thanks for yr info again....but its stuck...i bring to shop..
and they say hardware problem....
so i decide buy 1 more 9860.....
its great bcause os already upgraded already.....
but i have some problem....
i cant create email acc from my new phone..
i cant click email icon....
i call already my service provider n they say all the network pakage is on already...
i try do a wipe....also cant create email acc...
plz help me...

Wait...this is a new problem, right? And only on this new device?
Is this device either 1) originally made for this carrier or 2) unlocked for use on any carrier? Refer:
If so, then I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you must work with your mobile service provider for formal support and resolution...they are responsible for delivery of all services to you.
