I have a torch 9800 running 6.0 software and all of sudden when i open the slider to use the physical keyboard the screen gets strange colors and writing and app icons turn backwards. But using the virtual keyboard and keep the slider down i have no problems. I am completly lost.
In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Once the above has been completed if you are still having the same issue then you will want to contact your wireless service provider or point of sale for options.
