torch 9860 lateral botton does not work

Hi all

since 2 days I have a new BB torch 9860 and all seems to work fine but my lateral botton wich I would need to open directly the photocam is not working at all ...I changed to have several options for this botton but it does not work at all...have you an idea what I can do to fix this? thanks a lot and sorrt for my basic english :-)

If the convenience key for the camera is not working and the phone is fairly new, I'd return it to the store you got it from and get it replaced.
