unable to register email account

hi everyone,

 

i have recently just switched from my 9700 to 9810.. i'm experiencing trouble on registering 1 email address to my 9810.

 

previously on my onyx i have 4 email accounts working well. but when i switch to torch, i only able to register 3 of my email accounts. when i tried to register the last one it always said "your device had a problem connecting to the server" / "update failed". i can't receive or send any email although the icon is available on my home screen. i never experience such difficulty on my onyx before.

 

for the information the email is a website email managed through google mail.

 

can someone help me out?

Try typing www.blackberry.com/integrate into your phone's browser.
