unlock my blackberry

I have a BB Torch 9810.

I had it in my pocket while working outside.

When I tried to use it again it asks for my pin #

to unlock it, but instead of showing **** as usual

it just show exactly what I'm typing and not letting me in.

I'm already in 9/10 try's and Don't want to lose the data on the phone.

Anybody HELP!!!!

if on BES, ask you BESAdmin to reset your password.

if not on BES, remove battery while on to reset it (incase caps lock or num lock is on)

then on your last attempt you will need to type it in with no mistakes.
