No, newer versions of the the Desktop Software do not have the loader.exe app within it.
Just do a search on your PC for "loader.exe"
On WinXP systems it's located at "C:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\ResearchInMotion\Shar

i did a search and did not find loader.exe on my system. Is there anyway just to get my browser back? Before I could atleast use the internet but know nothing at all.

If you don't have the loader.exe, then either:
1) You have not installed the downloaded OS to the PC.
or
2) You're not searching the PC for all hidden files.

ok i found the apploader and when i start it up i try to install the applications for the OS it wont accept them. I think its because my phone has the 7.0 OS and not 7.1. and now for some reason i cant change it back to 7.1. I'm dying here.

it say " the application phone can not be loaded because some required fields are not available"
