I've done this process over a hundred times, and never seen that error message.

i am assuming that error applies to your actual "phone" voice calling application.

Again, at what step in the process do you see this error, and what in the instructions have you just performed before this error is presented.

Remember, while I've done this many times, I don't know where you're seeing this error, i'm not looking over your shoulder watching so all details you know and can post are helpful.

I was following the instructions and when i found the apploader i open it and it connects to my phone then it loads my apps. then when i push next that is when it say the error message and it doesnt let me go any further. I thought it was my phone too so I went to update my software and now your not allowed to update you software on your desktop software. What really is kicking me is that when I first got the phone i had a browser that worked and now the browser icon is gone and when I hold the blackberry menu to pull up the browser it says i dont have the service books. I even took my phone to tmobile and they had it all day and did nothing when I left they said they were sending me the service books and would call me. Nothing.

They (tmobile) can't send the service book you need for the browser, it must be loaded per my instructions in the other thread.
