can anyone help ive got a 9800 torch had email this morning saying ive got to re verify my email gone to set up email accounts put username and password in correctly and get a prompt saying my account has been locked. try again after lockout period expired. cheers andy

It's common to get such messages on your phone. For some reason, your BlackBerry could not access your email account and therefore you were prompted to get things back in order. For some reason, it did not accept your user/pass combo and now you're locked out. Don't worry, it's not for long (I don't know the exact lock-out period, but it's something like a few hours or something like that).
If you try again and you're once again locked out, give O2 a call and see if they know anything about this.
