Again, no one here can know the answers to your questions. We don't work for BB, we don't work for your warranty service provider, we don't work for your carrier...we're just other users, like you.
The only place that can give you the answer you want is the place you took it to for service...if you are not satisfied with the answers you receive, then you escalate with them.
