My home screen is white. The icons on the panel are really tiny and scattered around. I keep getting error this and error that when i try to open an app or anything. I cant play my music. Basically my phone doesnt look normal and i already tried turning it back on and off.Can anyone tell me what this is and can i fix it?
Try a Battery pull please, with the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery 15 seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot device. This will clear all cache like rebooting a PC. Then try again and see if your problem persists.
if the above does not work then maybe a OS reload is in order.
