Ihave had the blackberry torch for about 2 years, i regulary back it up as told to do so, its worked every time except when i got a new blackberry all my info from my old one was restored except my contacts? it says i have 174 but the icon is grey and wont let me back it up over my laptop nor wirelessly over BB protect app i downloaded, im desperate for my contacts back for work but cant figure out how to do this. please help
