Nope, you're connected to WiFi, and should have use of data on the device for internet browser, but little else.

It appears the you are connected to wifi.
So. Does the Internet browser work?

No, the internet browser does not work, and gives me the error i had last stated... contact your service provider...

 

also, the IP address is not assigned to the device, when i see it under the status section

I think you need to wipe & reload the device.
