wiped all my blackberry messenger contacts and now bbm has disappeared

yet again blackberry software doing wht it wants when it wants with no warning. decided to delete all my contacts i then tried restoring my phone to a good update last week when it actuall worked and now bbm has disappeared completely ive tried restoring it again that hasnt worked all my apps in blackberry world have disappeared so trying to install a new bbm and every time i try too it just crashes roll on end of contract! any help would be much appreciated as i need a couple of the contacts that were on there

I'm sorry...you seem to have so many different symptoms. But, lacking punctuation in your post, I cannot parse through your post to try and understand exactly your situation. Could you perhaps try again, but with punctuation so as to help us understand better?

too tired, ill, pissed off and un educated to manage that so guess its just another reason to get rid of this **bleep** phone and get a phone that actually has a support system not an english teacher

Well, I'm not trying to teach you anything...I am trying to understand your situation; but, from your post, I could not. Maybe you will have better luck with someone else...or a different device.

i think both options are  viable as in the last 10 mins without touching my phone an old verson of bbm has installed itself with a few contacts and deleted blackberry world??? never again if you have a technical fault you should be able to speak to a professional not have to deal with this **bleep**

Well, actually you can speak to a support professional...but only by following your contractually-required support model. All front-line support for BlackBerry devices starts with the mobile service providers, that original places of purchase, or authorized service centers. It varies by region and issue, but you should have received, at your time of purchase (for both the device as well as your services) instructions as to how to seek formal support. If you did not receive such instructions, then shame on the seller, for it was their responsibility to provide that to you.
