9630 problems

Hi my 9630 tour doesn't have office document apps like word or excel like other  models, it doesn't have wifi, won't upgrade to a higher OS cos of no wifi, reboots without any reason irregulary. Please what can i do about these problems

No BlackBerrys have word or excel, however they do have DocumentsToGo, SheetsToGo, and WordToGo.

 

Please check your Options > Advanced > Applications
