9630 - syncing with outlook

I just downloaded outlook to sync with my tour, as told to do by Verizon and contacts will sync but not calendar.  Any ideas on what to do?

Greetings, and welcome to the BlackBerry.com Support Forums.

 

Desktop Manager > Sync > Configure. 

 

Find the setting for the Calendar and set that to Outlook.

Assuming you installed it from the Blackberry User Tools CD or downloaded it from http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/ you'll find it in Start/All Programs folder.

And, you might find the icon on the PC desktop, if you instructed the install to leave one there. :smileyhappy:

You did "all" what?

 

To troubleshoot your issue, details do help. Are you getting an error? Do you see the sync process touch the calendar?

I don't know what's wrong with my Outlook because the sync isn't recognizing that I even have outlook...any ideas??
