Hello all,
I have a 9630 with Verizon sim. I can not set up call forwarding: there is no such option in SEND-> menu->Options.
If I try to input something like *72*+phone number#+SEND the device treats this as phone number and started to call
(((
How to set up call forwarding for all calls?

Hi, your Options should read:
General Options
Voice Mail
Call Logging
Call Forwarding
Smart Dialing
Speed Dial Numbers
etc etc etc
If Call Forwarding is not listed there, it looks like it's not an option that Verizon wanted on their phones. Each carrier can customize the Tour with features they want to offer their customers, so not every Tour would necessarily have the same features. This might explain why you don't have it.

Depending on your location, your purpose (3rd party voicemail or new number), and service, the call forwarding codes are different. Call 1.800.922.0204 and ask about your situation, they will provide you with the right codes. If you are forwarding to a different number lets say 1-234-567-8910 you would most likely type *7212345678910 and hit send. Your phone will "call" for a second then hang up. This sends a message to V telling them to forward your type of call (aka)(*72) to a new number (12345678910). Hope this helps.

When I'm at home, I forward my Verzion cell phone number to the home landline (VOIP). I have an entry in my contacts list to handle this. If my home number was 404-555-1212, the entry would be *724045551212. The entry to end the forwarding is *73. I have been doing this for years, long before I started using a BlackBerry.

Thank for bringing this topic. I too have the same problem. Call forwarding option is not showing under call log. Please give us tips to get this facility.
