BB Tour- User account in INVALID mode

I've had two email accounts sent to my BB from my desktop for over 2 years.  All of a sudden, yesterday, one stopped being transfered.  WHen I tried to send a reply email from an old email on my Tour I got a message saying "User account is in INVALID mode".  What's up with that?  (My 2nd email is still coming to my phone.)  Please help!

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your email on your BlackBerry® smartphone.

 

Did you recently change the password on this email account? If so, you need to update the password on your BlackBerry as well. The invalid error is usually caused by the password not being updated.

 

KB13137 How to re-validate Windows Live Hotmail, MSN, and Bell Sympatico email integrations will show you how to revalidate your email account.
