Hello,
I have a BB tour 9630 and I can't get the sync to work from my outlook with BB directly connected to the my BB desktop manager software version is 5.0 Bundle 1600 can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?

I did the upgrade and still is not sync when it plugged into my computer. Any ideas why this is happen? I have tried restoring the defaults and nothing.
